Dan has written two published books on Architecting Azure Solutions and have done design, project management, team leadership, and managing and executing deliverables for dozens of high-profile accounts. Dan served honorably for four years at the Army 25th Infantry Division in HI. He has over three decades of experience leading businesses, teams, and projects, helping partners, customers, and internal teams drive results through various engagements. Dan created programs and technology solutions that drove customer metrics higher while guiding these teams through execution.

Dan has many years of training and formal Agile, Scrum Master, and PMP experience. He has been a strategic thinker and builder of execution plans for more than three decades. Being skilled at communications at all customer and partner business levels, from C-Suite to Developers, Engineers, and DBAs Dan is a natural coach and leader who can hire the right people and inspire them to do their best. He excels when leading teams through business priorities. He is great at motivating team members to achieve more as individual contributors and members of highly functioning teams. He is a deep technical expert in many technical areas, and an exceptional business and people management coach.

Dan’s key strength is the ability identify and solve some of the toughest organizational challenges and  is constantly coming up with new ways to change the world at massive scale. He has driven many projects that exemplify leadership, critical thinking, project management and team execution skills. These projects were for all sizes of business from Fortune 50 through small 1-3 person businesses.
